Recruitment steps

Identifying needs and requirements
The recruitment process of employees from Asian countries starts with the identification of the needs and requirements of the employing company: experience, qualifications, duties of the position for which they are required. The desired typology of workers is analysed together with the beneficiary in order to make the best selection decision.
Selecting suitable candidates
Our company will select the people who correspond to the previously established profile, will present the CVs and together with the employer will carry out the selection of the candidates, having the possibility to carry out the interviews and work samples online or to travel to the candidates' country of origin in case of recruiting a significant number of workers.
Processing the immigration record
Obtaining the work permit is an important step. Immigration lawyers prepare and process the candidates' files and submit them both online on the public authorities' websites and physically to the Territorial Immigration Office. The estimated processing time of the files by the authorities varies between 30 and 60 days from the completion of the selection of workers.
Visa application procedure
After obtaining the work permit, all the documents are sent to our collaborators in the country of origin and processed in order to obtain the long stay visa for work purposes. Depending on the number of applications at Embassy level in the country of origin of the candidates, obtaining the long-stay visa for work purposes can take between 15 and 90 days from the submission of the documents.
Workers transfer to Romania
The employer together with the recruiting company ensures that all documents are checked and starts the procedures to purchase air tickets for the selected candidates. Workers are met at the airport and transferred to the accommodation prepared for them.
The procedures for obtaining a residence permit in Romania
The process of applying for a residence permit in Romania starts at least 30 days before the expiry of the right of residence granted by the visa, if the employer is satisfied with the work done by the foreign employees.
